Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Ever!!!
I was skeptical when I saw this recipe for gluten free chocolate chip cookies. But it is INCREDIBLE! One of the best cookies…PERIOD…that I have ever had. We have had a block in the freezer for two weeks, and little by little…as the cookies get baked off…it is almost gone. whoops. I followed the recipe, but instead of using Amaranth Flour, I used Brown Rice Flour. This is definately worth making and you will fool everyone!
