Monthly Archives: January 2010 Let’s talk about dreams. Most people I know claim that they don’t dream. Say what?! Or if they do have images flash under their eyelids while they are asleep, they are usually pleasant ones. Puppies, kissing cute boys, flying with angles, eating clouds of cheesecake…the whole happy shabang. Not me. I have creepy, weird, unsettling...  Man o Man…the Daring Bakers really did it this time. I am totally delighted that they chose a gluten free dessert, but do Canadians really go bonkers over Nanaimo Bars? I would have pegged them for being granola fanatics or something…ya know? This sweet treat must be specially designed for folks who enjoy eating straight...  I came home from yoga two days ago and these lovelies were waiting for me at the door! Evan had these sent to me while he is away in Argentina. Yayy! Also, I have been obsessed with Elana’s Pantry and all of her amazing gluten-free recipes. I needed something to bring to a dinner party...  Well, lovelies…I’m back. After 8 days in sunny, sweaty, sticky Belize…I am back in the grand state of Colorado. How do you do?
