This Valentines Day make a mixed CD for your lover with this song on it. Too girly? Sorry ’bout that. How about this one? Too Country? Dang. This one will get you dancing for sure.
Get your man to stay in bed Monday morning so that you can whip up a simple yet romantic breakfast for him. If he doesn’t get how much you adore him by now, it’s time to spell it out.
Maybe if you show him enough love, he’ll feel like fixing the drawer he broke last week.
Breakfast in bed. The sun blasting through gaps in the curtains. Crumbs on the sheets and chocolate kisses. Let’s take this V-Day to a whole new level, with passion, joy and radiating love.
Easy Hot Chocolate for 2
Ingredients
2 Cups Milk (I used Almond Milk!)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
Pour your milk, sugar and cocoa into a pot. Bring to a simmer and stir until combined. Turn heat off and stir in your vanilla. Decorate with heart marshmallows! You could also use this hot chocolate as the creamer in your morning coffee, making a delicious Florentine! Aren’t you fancy?
Easiest Baked Eggs for 2!
You can substitute any Cheese, Spices or Milk that you want with this recipe! Get creative!
Ingredients
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup Half and Half or Milk
1 Tablespoon Grated Mozzarella
1 Heaping Tablespoon Grated Havarti
1 Large Basil Leave Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
Pepper
1 Piece Bacon, chopped
2 Tablespoons Chopped Caramelized Onions
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Cook your bacon until crispy. If you want to saute some onions, go for it! Or if you are like me and have caramelized onions hanging out in your fridge, pull those out.
In a large bowl, whisk your eggs until pale. Add your milk and combine. Add your spices and cheeses and mix up.
Spray 2 individual ramikens with vegetable oil. Place 1 Tablespoon chopped Caramelized onions in the bottom of each ramiken. Top off with bacon. Carefully pour equal amounts of your egg mixture on top of the onions and bacon, to about 1/2 inch below the lip of the ramiken. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked. Eat immediately with heart toasts. Yummm.
