This month’s Daring Cooks Challenge was hosted by Debyi from healthyvegankitchen.com , and she chose Indian Dosas. These are basically spelt pancakes enveloping a curried chickpea filling. Served with some yummy brown rice and topped off with a coconut sauce, these were unlike anything I have ever made! It was a hit in our home,...  WOW!
