Cultivated Thee…I Have

A fine little side salad to complement tonight’s dinner. I am proud to say that everything in this dish came from our lovely little garden: lettuce, basil, spearmint, and green peppers! If nothing else grows for the rest of the season, at least I got this small and delicious amount. I am SO happy!
